🔹 Registration & Login
How do I register?
To create a free account, click the User Menu (three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the page) and choose “Register”.
You can also click the ➕ Add Ad button (a plus icon in a circle, top-right corner).
If you don’t have an account yet, click the link “Don’t have an account?” and fill out the short registration form.
After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation – click the activation link to verify your account.
Registration is completely free and only takes a minute.
I can’t log in – what should I do?
Make sure you’re using the correct email and password.
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login page and follow the reset instructions.
If the issue persists, contact our team through the Contact form.
🔹 Posting & Managing Ads
How do I post a new ad?
After logging in, click the ➕ Add Ad button in the top-right corner of the site.
Fill out the form:
- Select the appropriate category (e.g. Jobs, Services, Real Estate).
- Choose your location (city, state, or province).
- Add a title, description, and photos.
- Click “Publish” to post your ad.
Your ad will appear immediately in the chosen category. In some cases, it may be reviewed by a moderator first.
Are ads free?
Yes! Posting ads on PolonAds is completely free.
Optional premium plans offer extra features such as ad highlighting, extended duration, and more photos.
How can I edit, renew, or delete my ad?
Click the User Menu (three lines) → “My Account” → “My Ads”.
Next to each ad, you’ll find options to Edit, Renew, Delete, or Highlight it.
You’ll also receive automatic reminders when your ads are about to expire – you can renew them with one click.
🔹 Categories & Locations
Can I post an ad only for my city?
Yes. Simply select your location (for example: Chicago, Toronto, New York). Thanks to Google Maps integration, your ad will be shown locally to users nearby.
What types of ads can I post?
- Jobs – Hiring / Looking for work
- Services – Construction, Transport, IT, Care, Education, Finance, Advertising, Health, etc.
- Real Estate – For Sale / For Rent / Wanted
- Sell / Buy / Give Away – Cars, Furniture, Electronics, Clothing, Polish Goods, and more
🔹 Promotion & Plans
What is a “featured ad”?
Featured ads are visually highlighted (with color, frame, or bold title) and appear at the top of search results.
You can activate this option while posting your ad or later in “My Ads”.
It’s a great way to increase visibility and reach more potential customers.
How do points work?
Points are an internal credit system. You can use them to purchase extra photos, highlights, or longer ad descriptions.
For example, in the Business Premium plan you receive 200 points each month to use however you like.
What plans are available?
- Free Account – 5 ads / 3 photos / 30 days
- Active+ – more photos and longer visibility
- Active (Premium) – unlimited ads, highlights, and stats
- Business Basic – for small companies
- Business Premium – for agencies and larger businesses
🔹 Safety & Reporting
How can I report abuse or a suspicious ad?
Each ad includes a “Report Abuse” button.
Click it, choose a reason, and submit the report – our admin team will review and take action if necessary (for example: warning, account block, or ad removal).
Does PolonAds verify users?
Yes. Accounts may be manually reviewed when abuse is suspected. Users can also rate each other, helping build a trusted community.
How can I avoid scams?
- Never send money in advance.
- Meet in safe, public places.
- Check user reviews and account history.
- Report any suspicious listings to our team.
